§ 19-4. Furnishing of numbers.

It shall be the duty of the Borough Clerk, upon application to him by any owner of any dwelling house or other building, to inform such owner of the correct number assigned to said dwelling house or other building, ascertaining the same by reference to the directory aforesaid.
