§ 19-3. Time limitation for compliance.

Within 30 days after the final passage of this ordinance, the owner or owners of the dwelling houses and other buildings in said Borough shall cause the same to be numbered as hereinbefore provided; and all houses and buildings hereafter erected shall be numbered within 30 days after their completion.
