§ 19-5. Violations and penalties.

Each and every person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs, and in default of the payment of the judgment and costs, the Magistrate having jurisdiction shall sentence the offender to the Borough lockup or county jail for a period not exceeding 10 days, in his discretion.
