§ 46-20. Duties as to arrest; imposition of penalties.

It shall be the duty of every constable or police officer of the Borough of Paulsboro to arrest any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance and take him or her before the Municipal Court of said Borough, and it shall be the duty of said Municipal Court, to impose upon such person when convicted before him by oath or affirmation of one or more creditable witnesses, the penalties prescribed therefor in this ordinance.
