§ 45-2. Penalties for offenses against public peace, safety and morals.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to offend against the public peace, safety and morals as defined herein, or fail to supervise any minor under the age of 18 years, and after appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction for any violation of any statute or municipal ordinance, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
