§ 8-8. Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $50 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days, or both, for a first offense; and shall be liable to a fine of $200 and imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both, for a second offense; and if the business of the person, firm or corporation is one requiring the issuance of a Borough license, such license may be revoked or suspended as additional punishment, upon the conviction of a first or a second offense, in addition to any fine or prison term imposed by the Magistrate.
