§ 67-6. Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof before the Mayor or Municipal Court, be subject to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not exceeding 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the Mayor, Borough Recorder or Justice of the Peace before whom said conviction may be had.
