§ 67-1. License required.

No person or persons, firm or corporation shall operate or maintain any store, dwelling, establishment or stand of any kind for the sale or exposure for sale of soft drinks or similar beverages, or shall conduct any store, dwelling, establishment or stand for the sale or distribution of soft drinks or similar beverages within the Borough of Paulsboro, without first obtaining a license therefor, under and subject to the regulations herein.
