The Recreation Committee shall not act in any manner which would cause a forfeiture of any lands of the Borough of Paulsboro. The Mayor and Council reserves the right to limit the jurisdiction, purposes or programs of the Recreation Committee at any time by resolution of the Mayor and Council.
