§ 53-2. Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

POOL OR BILLIARD HALL OR PARLOR AND LICENSED PREMISES

Any place of public assemblage in which the games commonly known as "pool" or "billiards" or games of a similar nature are played.
