§ 46-9. Persons refusing to work or give reasonable account of selves.

No person not having a legal settlement in the Borough of Paulsboro shall live idle and without employment and shall refuse to work for the usual and common wages given to other persons for like work in the Borough of Paulshoro, or shall go about from door to door or place themselves in the streets, highways or roads to beg or gather alms and give no reasonable account of themselves and their business in such places.
