§ 46-24. Disposition of fees and fines.

All fees of the Municipal Court, constables and police officers of the Borough of Paulsboro had under violations of this ordinance shall accrue to the Borough of Paulsboro and be paid to the Treasurer thereof, and all fines received for the violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall accrue to the Borough of Paulsboro and be paid to the Treasurer thereof.
