§ 21-1. Burning and littering along public highways prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to burn leaves, brush, rubbish or other matter or to throw, cast or dump the same in, upon or along the public highways of the Borough of Paulsboro, in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey.
