§ 16-2. Conduct of games on Sunday.

Upon proper application and approval of the Borough Council, it shall hereafter be lawful for any organizations or associations authorized under the Bingo Licensing Act of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey to conduct, to hold and operate bingo games as described in said Act, on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday." Any such bingo game shall not be conducted under any license on Sunday, unless the license specifically so provides.
